Recently, the Global Scholar Database released the 2022 Global Scholar Academic Impact List, which released the list of the world's top 100,000 scholars. There were 9,044 Chinese on the list, second only to the United States (40,220).
In the field of Materials and chemistry, 8,585 scholars from around the world were included in the list of the world's top 100,000 scholars. Prof. Jian Liu featured among 2022 Global Scholar Academic Impact List. He was ranked 395 out of ~2666 researchers in domestic scholars.
