On Nov. 23, the Porous Materials Forum was successfully held in DICP. With the invitation of Prof. Jian Liu, Prof. Qianrong Fang, Prof. Feng Li, Doc. Muxian Shen, Prof. Zhenan Qiao and Prof. buyuan Guan participated in the forum and made a report. Academic report was chaired by Prof. Qihua Yang and Prof. Jian Liu.
In the morning, Prof. Qianrong Fang gave an academic report about the directional synthesis and functional regulation of high-stability crystalline organic porous materials.The report of Prof. Feng Li was focused on the preparation of carbon-based electrochemical energy storage materials, the design and application of new electrochemical energy storage devices. Doc. Muxian Shen gave an academic report entitled “Publishing with wiley” with a detail introduce of wiley and the process of submitting a paper. In the afternoon, Prof. Zhenan Qiao gave a report on mesoporous materials engineering. Prof. buyuan Guan exhibited the research work about mesoporous carbon with ultra-thin layer or multilayer and its application in catalysis. During the whole forum, the reporter and participants held extensive discussions on the theme of the report.
